Growing opportunities for women and girls with disabilities in golf.

The South African Disabled Golf Association (SADGA) is proud to confirm that it has become a signatory of the Women in Golf Charter.

The Charter, led by The R&A and supported locally by GolfRSA, is a global initiative aimed at creating more opportunities for women and girls in golf while promoting a more inclusive and welcoming culture across the game.

By becoming a signatory, SADGA joins a growing network of organisations committed to supporting the development and participation of women and girls in golf.

SADGA’s commitment aligns closely with its broader mission of expanding opportunities in golf for people with disabilities. Through programmes such as the First Swing Program and the All Abilities Golf Tour, the association continues to work towards making the game more accessible and inclusive for all.

As part of this commitment, SADGA will continue making a focused effort to support and encourage the participation of girls and women with disabilities in golf, ensuring they have opportunities to learn, compete and grow within the game.
