During January the SADGA FSP coaches got together at Zwartkop Country Club to discuss the way forward with the FSP. It was great to have all the coaches in one room sharing ideas and learning from each other. Our main objective was to make this program fun while teaching the Juniors to play golf.
Guest Speakers at the Workshop was Andrew Gunn from the PGA, who together with our Central Gauteng FSP Coach Andrew Corthing, will be developing a PGA accredited Coaches course.
Ken Walker from the NOMADs FOG (Furtherance of Golf) joined us for part of the session to discuss the NOMADs involvement in SADGA while Dale Hayes entertained the coaches with wonderful stories of his days on the tour in the evening.
We are privileged and so proud to have such passionate coaches as part of our SADGA team.
Huge thanks to all our sponsors of the FSP.
